this video is very inspiring. But I’m curious, how have you been fairing with excess loose skin? do you have any after loosing 60 pounds?

I just keep it secret,, for the most part. I am very careful about how I say I dont eat meat,,, something like “I have a protien allergy”… in Tx not many people (I dont know anyone who is a vegetarian) would understand. tfs

I say those who don’t want to change and want to eat the burger and fry’s will have no choice but to come around to a vegan or raw or vegan and raw diet in a future life time because it simply is the only sustainable solution to many problems on our earth.

You are so right about the diet being 80% of your weight. Sure I love to run and lift weights, and I am very lucky I get to do so BUT I notice that all the people who say it’s not diet, it’s just exercise when it comes to weight loss. Those people are all fat!

I commend you for such a lifestyle change.

@OverTheRaynbow i have tried the vegie hotdogs too, they are soy, and i cant see it as food, it is just impossible to eat, i am a vegeterian for a month now and i just cant understand how these guys say its easy, i need to eat chicken, i have to admit it, but i dont even if i die from hunger, ive made my decision.

I want to marry you right now for talking about allergies to milk!!! It is something that many people are not aware of and just by coming off of eating dairy products could save someone’s life!

Good job and i hope that you keep up with it.

Those who are vegan for ethical reasons should understand that the major cancer-research organisations throughout the world do attempt to make breakthroughs regarding cancer cures by actually giving the disease to non-human animals and then trying preventative treatments on them. It is notably inefficient and cruel- and more and more people die of cancer every year.

Congratulations on your weight loss. I am vegetarian myself. I know what vegan is. I have vegetarian all my life. You need to know how to cook good vegetarian foods. I do.

There is soya cheese. Pretty Cool taste.
You can freeze up soya vanilla milk in the freezer. It tastes like good expensive ice cream. Just a good food tip.

I was a fast food junkie, after I had my daughter, and was gaining more weight rather than losing the baby weight! the book, and people like this guy gave me the help i needed to go vegan. its great, and there are so many tasty vegan foods to satisfy your taste buds! con amor..sd
