How Can a Person Following a Vegan Diet Raise Their Total Cholestrol Level?

If someone who is following a vegan diet has very low total cholestrol levels, how can he/she raise it to normal levels without eating animal products?

Coconut cream and/or milk is high in cholesterol. Try a nice Thai vegie curry.

Eat more saturated fats. The body uses saturated fats to make cholesterol..
